About Courtney Storer
A native to Chicago, Courtney was drawn to the restaurant industry as a teenager. She has worked at acclaimed restaurants including Verjus and Buvette in Paris and Jon & Vinny’s, the Los Angeles restaurant group, where she served as Culinary Director.
After starting Coco's to Go-Go, she joined her brother on set as Culinary Producer and Co-Executive Producer of FX’s The Bear. Courtney aims to share her deep love of hospitality and the traditions of Italian-American food with the greater population in Los Angeles and beyond.
This business has lived a couple of lives as it finds its true footing. From private cheffing, to large-scale catering, to Italian ice — the through-line was the very best Italian-American food, handled with care, just like Nonna taught us. We believe simple is best and no moment is too small to celebrate.
