Courtney Storer was born and raised in Chicago and began her journey in the restaurant industry during her teens. Transitioning from Human Resources, she refined her culinary philosophy at the International Culinary Center. With a global resume, including roles at Verjus, Buvette, and Jon & Vinny’s, she now directs her passion into private cheffing, catering, and her role as Culinary Producer on FX’s The Bear. Courtney, driven by her love for Italian American cuisine, now extends her hospitality through Coco’s to Go-Go in Los Angeles and beyond.
